How many hours do you spend daily ingame?: Work days - between 4-7 hours active. Days off - 8+
Why do you want to be part of the staff team?: Most times there are people active in terms of being able to kick those who get logged out but at times there are also some dry streaks of people available - overall most players are helpful in answering questions and there is very little drama or disputes that require staff to participate in, but it would be great to be there to help those in need.
Why should we choose you over others: Because I have experience working in a customer service role, and deal with people in the cusp of leaving our company for others, I have the skills to be rational, analyze the situation and come up with a resolution for that problem swiftly. In my role it's especially important to have thick skin, as there will be times where someone is beyond the point of return and has had issues that has driven them to irate, so being facing these situations on a daily basis, I am able to keep calm and collected regardless of the situation and keep a clear mind to process the facts and information given to properly work on the issues at hand.
Staff Experience: Like most people I've had staff on a few servers, mostly smaller ones where the player base averages between 10-30 players. My biggest role in terms of staff in a gaming network would be when I used to be very active in San Andreas Multiplayer roleplaying servers. On one of the larger English speaking servers, I started off as a helper, and worked my way up to Staff Manager. The roles varied from just helping with general issues, to in-game disputes and monitoring players for suspected cheaters, to eventually managing the whole staff team and being in control of choosing who seems fit for a role, and also making the decision if needed to remove someone from a role.
What are the qualities you have?: I am a very patient person, it takes a lot to annoy me. I have great resilience so it's very hard to break through and push me over the edge, as well as great problem solving skills. I can analyze situations and figure out the best solution/outcome to a problem to help fix the issue or provide ongoing support to help resolve the issue.
How long have you played Lunar?: Since November 25th.
In a short paragraph, explain what you'll do with your position: I'll be making sure to provide answer to questions and helping out those who require it as needed - as well being able to provide extra support and assistance if it comes to people having disputes or arguments to ease the situation and prevent things from getting out of control.
Do you understand that if you break rules, or turn out to be a horrendous Staff Member that you will be demoted?:
