So... if you're opening this guide you're looking to grind out that completionist cape for the sweet 3% Drop Rate bonus and Light Lord Wings. Well, you've come to the right place! This guide is going to detail how to get 120 in EVERY skill. This will include how to get the resources, and the estimated time for each skill. The methods I list below are what I used, and may not be the fastest, if you find something faster/better - feel free to post it as a comment below.
Let's get started!
Here, I'm going to list a summary of the skills and the list they're going to be in - if you want to find one skill directly you can just hit Ctrl+F and type the skill name or the order of which the list will be below - for instance (1.1 = attack and so on).
Also a preface of some things that will come in handy - to start off you will want to have the ring of skilling, skilling necklace, farming manual, magical pouch and infernal adze from the zombies shop - the fishing lantern doesn't work properly as of the time of writing this. The overall cost of zombie points for these rewards is 1,000. The shop can be located west of home next to the zaros altar - as pictured below. Zaros Pet will also help A LOT due to it giving 50% bonus xp - so if you are going for this grind it is recommended to have Zaros pet too - rates will differ from what I write below if you do not have these items.

1.23 - Woodcutting
1.24 - Farming
1.25 - Summoning
Let's get started.
1.1 - Attack - Getting 120 attack should come in time just from regular killing monsters - if you have legendary donator and an AoE weapon such as Zaros Sythe, you can go to revs in legendary zone - you can AFK there and that will speed up the process.
1.2 - Strength - Same as above.
1.3 - Defence - Same as above.
1.4 - Ranged - This is the slowest of the combat skills in my opinion - to do this you can either AFK at ;;dh or again like Attack - AFK overtime at the revs in legendary zone - this could take between 10-20 hours - you could also just AFK the best monster you can kill or obbys and get this overtime - kills will be slower but it works.
1.5 - Prayer - This can be slow or fast depending on how you look at it - you can grind FoG tokens from;;soul quite easily - just afk here to gain your tokens - around 500k FoG tokens will net you 120 prayer - you can also just grind ;;man for frost dragon bones and use these on the altar at home. I will class this as a 0-time skill, ideally you could train your Attack/Strength/Defence at ;;soul and get your tokens while grinding those.
1.6 - Magic - This can be a fast or slow skill - depending on your wealth or if you can borrow an AoE staff and are Legendary donator. With a Crystal/Nox Staff - this is pretty fast and should take a few hours AFKing at Revs depending on how packed they are - otherwise you could use something like a Trident of the Seas or just regular spells while AFKing.
1.7 - Runecrafting - This is a very easy skill if you have the Magical Pouch which is highly recommended. This pouch allows you to click on it to withdraw pure essence until your inventory is full - craft random runes to start with - if you are a legendary donator you will then do blood runes at the altar in legendary zone - otherwise you will do death runes in ;;lunar (which is also the rcing skill teleport) - The death altar is to the East wall kind of inside it as pictured below.
gyazo.com/30f7e96c722acc53ff47db8f0db1bb48
1.8 - Invention - This here is a VERY slow or VERY fast skill depending on how you wish to do this. If you have money to spare - you can 120 this skill almost instantly but it will be costly - buying Bank Pets from the PvM Store for 750k ecto each - with Zaros Pet + skilling neck/amulet will give you 1.8m exp each - you require 104m exp for 120 - meaning you would need 58 Bank Pets equaling 43.5M ecto - otherwise you can grind out ;;mm for Dragonbone and Assassin gear - which gives 180k exp each - or you can go to the boss zone - which is located in the yellow portal north east of home as pictured below - and will cost 100k ecto to enter. In here I recommend killing Snowflake Queen for the Snowflake Armour and Icebreaker spears. The armour pieces grand 1.8M exp - the same as Bank Pets and the Spears give 3.6M exp which is the highest per singular item. As I say this is all down to preference.
gyazo.com/6a3f8c6f3990f8ba2f8001ed43c64ac3
1.9 - Dungeoneering - This skill is pretty easy - open up your skill teleports in quest tab and go to the third page, and either teleport to the "Dungeoeering teleport" if you are non-donator - Donator Dungeoneering if you have donator. The difference between these is the regular teleport gives small lamps with a chance at medium lamps - whereas the donator dungeon gives large lamps exclusively with a chance at receiving 2x per drop. Smalls Lamps with both skilling items and zaros pet give 114k exp - mediums give 381k and the large lamps give 571k
1.10 - Hitpoints - You will achieve this just by training your other combat stats.
1.11 - Agility - This skill is quite slow - to start go to your skilling teleports and then "Gnome Agility" on the second page. For the fastest exp, you will want to just keep climbing over the rope netting - you climb over, click to run around and climb again - with zaros pet and skilling items - each climb over grants 109k experience - equating to 1,000 times for 120. If you wish to for some slower experience per hour - you can complete the whole course - this gives 1.3M experience per lap.
1.12 - Herblore - This is a very fast skill - you can just make random potions or clean herbs early levels - the fastest experience in terms of xp drops is overloads but this is tedious and annoying as for some reason you can only make 2 overloads per inventory - so I recommend just making Extreme Defence Potions - these grant 1.4m exp per potion and require a Super Defence Potion and a Clean Lantadyme - when making the potions you cannot use the herb on the potion - you need to right click the pot then use on the herb - The defence Potions can be bought from PvM shop 2 "Food and pots" and the lantadymes from the Herb store - Both are located south east of home as pictured below.
gyazo.com/a4a43b160c52ec58849fb871638d541b
1.13 - Thieving - This is quite a fast skill, and you can still steal from the stalls with a full inventory. For non-donators you will do the stalls located at home which are, 1-85 at the Potion Table, 85-95 at the Barricade Table and 95-120 at the Bandage Table, for Legendary donators it's the same until 99 - but at 99 you switch to the seed stall at legendary zone. It is recommended to do the seed stall as you will require the torstol seeds for 120 farming.
1.14 Crafting - Very fast skill, just cut random gems until 67 which you will then move on to Onyx - which grant 1.2M exp when cut - to make the GP for this just kill men at ;;man to get Virtus etc... and sell to the Sell to Me store south of home for 25M ea - you need around 90 onyxes for 99 - which is around 900M.
1.15 - Fletching - The early levels of fletching are quite slow - but once you reach 80 you can start cutting magic shortbows and then at 85 longbows - just make the highest level of item at your level for the best experience. 1-5 is arrow shaft, 5-10 shortbow, 10-20 longbow, 20-25 oak shortbow, 25-50 oak longbow (easier to get oak logs than willow and it is fast anyway), 50-55 maple shortbow, 55-65 maple longbow, 65-70 yew shortbow, 70-80 yew longbows, 80-85 magic shortbows and 85-120 magic longbows. Don't worry about having to woodcut the magic logs for 80-120 as you can steal these at home from the barricade stall - but you should have enough logs for 120 fletching and firemaking from woodcutting. Each Magic Longbow with Zaros Pet and the skilling items grants 279k exp.
1.16 - Slayer - This one is hard to give much of a guide on - as a legendary donator you can kills the revenants in the legendary zone for slayer exp - I personally just AFKed these for 120 - for non-donators you will just have to do regular tasks which can be given by the slayer master "Turael" at home as pictured below. Can't give much of a timeframe on this.
gyazo.com/e3d43cad3ef61197248b6a1a0f1e2e93
1.17 - Hunter - Now this is a very TEDIOUS skill as it requires lots of concentration and you need to be ON THE SAME square as the animal as you place the trap - from 1-63 just catch the birds at the hunter teleport - from 63-120 it will be Red Chinchompas. Now these are easy but tedious - the best method is just to camp 1 spawn - and by this I mean you kill 1 red chinchompa to see where it respawns - once you know this stand on that square and just place your trap to catch it - if it moves away kill it to respawn on the same tile - if you check the shaking box fast enough and place your new one you should be able to catch them very quickly. To get to red chinchompas you just teleport to ;;dz as a donator and run south of the tele then west on the beach or slightly south-east from the hunter teleport spot in the spellbook for non-donators as pictured below.
gyazo.com/1cf84c43619dd726a966c9a732a961ca
1.18 - Mining - This is a pretty AFK skill - from 1-99 just mine the highest ore that you can and from 99-120 you will mine the crashed star at ;;invention - once you're 99 it's AFK all the way up to 120. Alternatively you could as a legendary donator do Gem Rocks - but these are less afk and require banking whilst the crashed star is pure afk.
1.19 - Smithing - This is a fast skill and very easy to complete. You do not require any of your ores for mining as the bars required can all be purchased! Bronze bars will be from the skilling store for the early levels - then your Mithril, Adamant and Rune Bars can all be purchased from the Summoning Store. This store can be found south of home "Summoning Supplies" as pictured below - to be honest I purchased around 100 mithril - 100 adamant and 300 rune bars and this was more than enough. Mithril and Addy can be found in number 2 of the store options - and rune will be in option 3.
gyazo.com/0f6451e3018105965d5242e518d80e2d
1.20 - Fishing - This is a pretty slowish skill compared to others - from 1-40 just catch shrimp and anchovies at the net spot next to the banker, 40-76 just catch lobsters at the cage spot and then from 76-120 for a non-donator just catch Tuna/Swordfish/Shark from the very eastern spot which has a harpoon option as pictured below. For legendary donators - you can catch Rocktail and Karambwans at Legendary Zone - can't remember the exact levels required you can check this just by going then and checking the 2 fishing spots next to the farming patch. Make sure to keep all fish at they are needed for cooking!
gyazo.com/0eb115ec9c834df35fba20ac2b636a16
1.21 - Cooking - 120 Fishing should cover cooking fine - but if you get unlucky with burns - just catch more fish as required - the early levels are the worst so you may need some more shrimp/anchovies.
1.22 - Firemaking - As said previously - woodcutting should provide more than enough logs for this - but if you require more just steal them from the Barricade Table at home.
1.23 - Woodcutting - So this is a pretty fast skill, 1-15 normal trees, 15-45 Oaks, 45-60 Maple, 60-75 Yew and then 75-120 Magic. If you are a donator you can cut a Cursed Magic tree at ;;dz just west of the teleport - for non-donators the best spot I could find is south of the woodcutting teleport at the Sorcerer's Tower as pictured below.
gyazo.com/e1b08dd25dc2a346c982f7781ee4f3d3
1.24 - Farming - OUCH! This skill is painful - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FARMING MANUAL THAT IS A MUST FOR THIS SKILL AS IT GRANTS 2x FARMING EXP! - From 1-9 you will do potatoes at the Catherby Allotment patch - now when you plant seeds here you will have to wait 60 seconds or less depending on the seed to harvest - you can plant/harvest with a full inventory so don't worry about that. 9-32 will be planting Guams in the harb patch, 32-56 will be Ranarr and 56-120 for non-donators is probably going to be Kwuarms - as the only way to get higher seeds (Lantadyme and Torstol) is to steal them from the Seed Stall in the Legendary Zone - which would then mean for legendary donators 56-73 will be Kwuarm, 73-85 will be Lantadyme and 85-120 will be Torstol. Each Torstol seed grants 400k experience with the Manual/Skilling items/Zaros Pet - and will be less without these items meaning you require around 250 Torstol seeds for 120 (this took me around 5-6 hours of thieving btw).
1.25 - Summoning - This is a very fast skill - kill some men at ;;man - probably around 5 for charms - these should cover you until 99 but if you need more just go back - now I can't give a 100% guide for this as for 1-99 I just did the highest tier of monster I could use - Blue Charms give the most experience so try to always focus on using these - from 99-120 you make Steel Titans - all items can be found in the summoning shop south of home - for a full list of what creatures can be made please go to the link provided and do the highest creature for your level and then at 99-120 just do Steel Titans.

Now that you have 120 in all skills - this grind isn't yet over... You now need to acquire 25 Comp Cape Shards. How do I get comp cape shards I hear you ask? For this you require the Jad Pet - which can be purchased in the Boss Pet Store for 1K Boss Fragments. The Jad Pet has a perk that gives you a 1% chance on ANY NPC kill to receive a comp cape fragment. Once you have all 25 comp cape fragments, you are ready to purchase your cape.
To purchase your cape, you need 5M Ecto, 120 in all skills and 25 Comp Fragments - take these items north of home and investigate the "Mysterious Cape" - doing so will grant you the Completionist Cape and Light Lord Wings.

Congratulations! You achieved your Completionist Cape! Now you have the (2nd) Best Cape in the game - the only thing that beats it in terms of Drop Rate is the Legendary Cape which costs $125 in the store, so this is the best cape without having to purchase it.
Hope this guide has helped you guys on your journey to comping! If you have any questions feel free to ask me here, or in-game my IGN is Im_Jordan or on discord @jordan#3153 - thanks for reading and now you can start playing the game!
